Most people aren’t stuck because they are broken, they’re stuck because they’ve been living according to expectations, pressure or survival strategies that aren’t aligned to their unique soul blueprint. Astrology shows timing and patterns. Human Design shows how your energy operates and Sound healing helps the body release what the mind already understands. Together they create clarity without force.
A Grounded, Non Dogmatic Approach
I don’t believe in telling people what to do, fear-based astrology or rigid spiritual systems. I do believe in personal agency, nervous system safety, discernment over dependance and tools that help you trust yourself, not me. My role is to reflect, guide and teach by asking the right questions and providing information. I do not want to over ride your intuition.

I’m an astrologer, Human Design practitioner, and sound healer based in Vancouver. My work is shaped by over 7 years of study, lived experience, and a deep respect for both psychological and energetic processes. I am a mom and advocate for neurodiversity inclusion and understanding. I also really enjoy bodybuilding, snowboarding and riding motorcycles.
